sthe outgoing codec setting on the voice port. by default the compand-type is
ulaw and this ned to be set to alaw for the carrier for basic-net3 switch

many carriers do not like those. Either remove calling party or
step through the permutations of national/isdn/... Along those same
lines you typically need to provide full 10 digit cgpn out to carrier.</DIV>
