<P align=left><FONT face="garamond, new york, times, serif"><FONT size=4>1-Log in to CUCM with system console by using </FONT><FONT size=4>pwrecovery and pwreset as the account name and password, respectively. and i able to reset the OS password.</FONT></FONT></DIV>
