configured it as normal. One thing they may be missing is giving the users CTI permissions
in CUCM. I have it working at a few places. Again I would switch to CTC

vendor has told us that they have tried to make it work for others in CUCM 7X
and couldn't get it to work. Do you have any instructions on how to make
Dial from Contacts work in CUCM 7.0.2? Can you push the program to 800
desktops or do you have to individually install on each desktop? We have
a desktop manager who is very good at this stuff so I imagine she can make it
happen either way.</span><o:p></o:p></p>

move to Click to Call. Do we need to uninstall Dial from Contacts before
