I think it was right around the 8.3 and 8.4 firmware and if I remember correctly it was 79x1 and better. (like all the java phones)</div>

</div><p>I have had a few problem calls today regarding callers not
being able to choose options from menus when they are calling out. The
tones are not being recognized. The problems are intermittent.
Anyone familiar with this problem?<br>
