<p class="MsoNormal">We’re going to be moving our voicemail server and UCCX
server to a new building next week, and they’re going to be down for
several hours. Is there any way with just CallManager (v5.1.3) to play a
message stating we’re down for maintenance? </p>

<p class="MsoNormal">I was trying to figure out a way to get a specific DN to
immediately answer calls, place it on hold, and play an MOH… Or could
this maybe be done through an attendant console queue?</p>
