1. does this happen if phone is registered to publisher? ccmadmin
writes to the publisher and then depends on database replication to get
the update out to the other nodes in the cluster<br>

If it does not reset when registered to the publisher then most likely
CM has unsubscribed from change notification ala CSCso93220,
CSCsq95431. Some good information there especially in the release-note
of the 2nd which you can view in Cisco Bug Toolkit.<br>

2. do you have a large number of device attempting to register and
failing to register? large numbers of failed registration attempts
will cause this behavior as well.<br>

in cucm
6.1.2… the exact version escapes me at the moment, but I know it’s

our cust’s encountered this
defect, phone config changes wouldnt apply after a phone reset, but

applying changes made in CUCM 6.1 to
cisco IP phones. Example: When I made new softkey template and I apply
to
specific devices, I press Reset button and nothing happened (devices
wont
reset). I reset phone manually (unplug and plug the cable) and the
device is
registered with CUCM but he still want to apply new softkey template.
I
read that this could be problem with DB Replication (I don’t receive
error in
RTMT about this). Any idea what can be the problem. We have two CUCM
(primary
and secondary) I made changes to the primary.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
