What kind of Valcom Paging system did you buy? We use the VIP 801's in conjunction with the VIP 821's. Not my choice but it works.

On Tue, Jun 23, 2009 at 11:41 AM, Lisa Notarianni <notariannil1@scranton.edu> wrote:
We installed a Valcom paging system for overhead paging. We used an
ATA to connect to it. Programmed a speed dial button to the ATA.
Vendor that installed paging system thinks it is a Call manager issue.
Our technician said he tested and ATA works fine. It should just
connect and work. Is there anything else we could do?
