I have a Call Center with about 80 users. This is an Inside Sales group so they talk to a lot of the same callers. We have identified about 6 PSTN numbers where the Cisco phones have echo every single call. The IP Phone user hears their voice echoed back. Echo persists for the entire call. When the users talk to other callers they have no echo.
