this usually happens when one attempts to change the hostname or ip address of the server and does not follow proper steps. have you made any such changes recently?<br>

Might also see this error if the DB is not started. Try 'utils service<br>
list' from the CLI.<br>

This can occur if the proper steps were not followed in changing the host<br>
name or IP.<br>

i think that's one of the things you will see, actually, if you try to<br>
log in using the wrong username/password. I have seen the same sort of<br>
thing on CUCM.<br>
