If the hostname or IP was changed without following proper steps please
change it back and then reboot server. this should restore service.<br>
<br>
if that is not the case or if that does not fix it then yes, it is best
to open a TAC case to investigate.<br>

Might also see this error if the DB is not started. Try 'utils service<br>
list' from the CLI.<br>

i think that's one of the things you will see, actually, if you try to<br>
log in using the wrong username/password. I have seen the same sort of<br>
thing on CUCM.<br>
