isn't getting correct voltage wink because pair has been flipped or rolled

not making a lot of sense I’m afraid. When I’ve got an analog phone hooked
directly up, it works perfectly both inbound and outbound. When I’ve got
it connected with a RJ11 to the FXO port on a 3845 (set for MGCP), inbound
works, but not outbound. I tried just switching the RJ45 ends, but that
didn’t make any difference.</font>

connected to an fxo it doesn't get correct voltage reversal and the line
that is will drop. This is called a wink start trunk. So you flip the pair
and test your fxo</font>
