Do you have Different Partitions associated to those DIDs on the remote sites?<br><br>I think of a unique CSS that only has the Partitions of the DIDs of sites, no CSS for outgoing calls, this is only for inbound, corrrect?<br>

morning,</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">I
hope there is someone on the list that has seen a similar setup and has a
suggestion. I am a Call Manger newbie, so I will try my best to explain.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Call
Manager 6.1.2.1000-13 </span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Dialogic

<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Esker
Fax Server</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"> </span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"> </span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">This
is a new installation of the Dialogic / Esker combo. CUCM communicates
with the Dialogic software via a Trunk. The trunk has the calling search
space and points to the IP of the Dialogic/Fax server. Route patterns
send incoming calls (DID numbers) to the fax board or to the Gateway for
outgoing calls. This works for a SINGLE calling search space.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"> </span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">The
problem I have is that I have multiple PRI(s) at different sites, with
different area codes. The issue is since there the Trunk has a single
calling search space, it cannot route calls coming from / to the other PRI(s) so
that users at those sites can receive faxes on their local DID numbers and have
to send faxes as long distance calls instead of via the local PRI.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"> </span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">I
have tried setting up second trunk with the CSS of one of the other sites, but
this does not seem to work. The call appears to loop once then fail (Q931
debug). </span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"> </span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Dialogic
and Esker say this is a Cisco issue, so they are unable to provide assistance.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"> </span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Ideas
from the group?</span></p>
