class=461523214-07072009>I found the cause. I think it was Wes who hit it
with this: "Another cause is hunting through endpoints in a route list or
route group which are partially responsive." We have 3 lines configured on
that FXO card in the router and CM. In the route group using that gateway,
by switching the order of the devices listed there, one of them takes the 15
count to connect a call where the other 2 take only a 5 count.
