<P style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 10pt" class=MsoNormal><FONT face=Calibri>I would like to configure my script in such a way that when an emergency agent logs into the queue, all the calls should be forwarded to voice mail. I am not able to configure the script so it can check the emergency agent login status in the queue and then forward the calls. Anyone can help me.</FONT></P>
