I suspect you are using CM's built in software conference bridge. This
only supports G.711 codec. remote locations typically use one of the
low bitrate codecs such as G.729. This will cause a codec mismatch.<br>
<br>
You could try change the regions configuration to allow g.711 and
test. If you want to conference remote sites you will either need a
hardware conference bridge or a transcoder located at the remote site
to transcode from 711 to 729.<br>

they auto
