calls that are coming in. The internal extension for the Call Handler has not
had this issue to my knowledge. I tested it 20-30 times this morning and didn’t

calls our company, but lately we have been having issues with it. Every 1 out
of 6 times the Call Handler plays it will not recognize DTMF and just keeps
playing the greeting. We are running Unity 7.0(2) and I have even restarted our
Unity server to see if that was the problem. Has anyone run into this issue
