<div>I got the same thing but suspended the vm right before it requests the reboot after the install was completed. If you install it and dont configure it with CUCM it fails, i have done this with several versions I had, but the newest version I stopped just short of configuring it in callmanager. Not knowing what I am doing when it comes to ipccx I opted to suspend the vm so when im ready to configure it in cucm I will be ready.</div>
<div> </div>
<div> </div>
<div>You have just enough time to go into services and put the sql manager in manual mode then reload the box and immediatly reload the ipccx software. you have just under 4 or 5 mins to get to the install. if you fail to do so within the alloted time and dont change the sql mgr to manual it even stops during a reload of the ipccx software...</div>
<div> </div>
<div>This shutdown problem happend in version 5.1, 6.1 and 7.0(1) </div>

<div>Anyone have any comments, I could be wrong but this was how I was able to get around the NT/Service shutdown message... </div>
