There is a programming interface for Unity data access. Unfortunately
not well documented.<br>

Cisco Unity Tools unfortunately attempts to use direct SQL access to
informix. This is extremely dangerous and not recommended.<br>

time I checked the AXL data dictionary, it had nothing about Unity
Connection, like adding a system contact. I was told by someone offline
that I could use the Informix API, but again, no documentation on how
to do that. Not sure modifying the database directly is a good thing in
Connection, just as it is not with CallManager.<br>
