You should be able to go to the transfer settings section and enter the extension of the user. Now, I'm not sure if you can have the same extension of the call handler as the transfer extension, if not, you would need to create two call handlers, one with an extension that transfers to another ch without an extension that has a blank greeting and transfer setting of the station. But try the first way first.<br><br>That being said, why are you not using Internet subscribers? Are those gone in v5? Those are what are typically used for non VM subscribers.<br><br>Or, do they not allow a user to enter non-vM subscriber extensions in v5?
