<div dir="ltr">Hi guys,<br><br>WFO QM 2.4(1) integrated with AD was working fine until the AD domain admin password was changed. I can not edit user setings or add new users anymore.Now when I enter the previous parameters under enterprise settings, I get &quot;Domain connection could not be validated&quot; error. I can telnet the AD server on port 389 and can ping from the QM server. Any ideas?<br>
