I am having problems with uccx during the AXL service provider configuration part I enter the user account details I created in cucm and enter the ip address of the cucm but I get a error saying could not start axl service or connect to axl server. The AXL service and CTI services are running on the cucm, uccx can ping the cucm. Not sure what could be causing this problem any advise would be great.<br>
