It's a function of the number of concurrent agent seat licenses you purchased and how much the server can handle. I don't think there is a hard limit on things like route points, CTI ports, etc. I think the MCS servers go to to supported 300 agents on the bigger platform.. but its all related to BHCA etc as well as what else the scripting is doing for you. I'm sure database dips, call recording, etc have a noticeable impact.<br>
<br>There is a spreadsheet that is used to determine the hardware needed given the requirements, i'm not sure if that's publicly available from Cisco though. Your account manager or SE should be able to hook you up with it if it's not out on CCO.<br>
