you say Arc doesn't start, what happens? Does it go into cyclic restart mode?<br>

If so, that means the CTI isn't working. Try launching phone dialer and see if
you can control the CTI Ports etc<br>

The Anti Virus itself shouldn't cause Arc not to start - unless it has a built
in firewall that's now blocking the communication to the CUCM?<br>
