ARCData folder and the Cisco TSP/CTI stuff to be able to start.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

which would not surprise me as it caused us issues as well, I would recommend
checking the logs of the AV and seeing what it has an issue with....maybe it’s
detected a “suspicious” file and has moved it somewhere??<o:p></o:p></span></p>

the ARC server as the server only ran that and the AV stuff caused the
