<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#1F497D">If you are convinced it is AV, which would not surprise me as it caused us issues as well, I would recommend checking the logs of the AV and seeing what it has an issue with....maybe it’s detected a “suspicious”

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#1F497D">We ended up removing our AV off the ARC server as the server only ran that and the AV stuff caused the connection to the client to drop out frequently.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
