of SuperProvider (CTI function), so that you can tie DNs to MAC addresses. If you&#8217;re
looking at doing this yourself, I&#8217;d start with the CTI/TSP Developer Guide on
CCO, and look for the &#8220;SuperProvider&#8221; section along with &#8220;device monitoring&#8221;. Don&#8217;t
try and do it the way the old CAC did &#8211; you cannot get access to this code
(even as Arc, we couldn&#8217;t!) and it will be going away shortly anyway &#8211; so the
advise would be use CTI<o:p></o:p></span></p>
