of SuperProvider (CTI function), so that you can tie DNs to MAC addresses. If you’re
looking at doing this yourself, I’d start with the CTI/TSP Developer Guide on
CCO, and look for the “SuperProvider” section along with “device monitoring”. Don’t
try and do it the way the old CAC did – you cannot get access to this code
(even as Arc, we couldn’t!) and it will be going away shortly anyway – so the
advise would be use CTI<o:p></o:p></span></p>
