Thanks its just very confusing when you see Partial_service, I am using the control center to check status. The CCX Editor service will only run when you are running the script editor on the node.</span></p>

<p style="margin-bottom: 12pt;">When I check UCCX control center the Status show as Partial_Service everything is running the only service that is not running is Cisco Unified CCX Editor. When I start the Cisco Unified CCX Editor application the Cisco Unified CCX Editor service does not fully come up the BootStrap Manager show up as Partial_Service the rest of the services within Cisco Unified CCX are running fine how can i fix this problem. Really need some help. <br>
