where Unity stops recording a VM midstream. At least one caller has said
the "tape stopped while I was talking." It happens intermittently.

anything in the MTA folder, nothing of note in the event logs around the time
stamp of her cut off VMs. We've recreated her VM box in Unity. I'm
not sure where to go from here.</SPAN></FONT></DIV>

assume that Unity does the recording and when done basically just sends an email
to exchange? Is there any reason so suspect that our exchange server or
