strange issue with a gateway and/or my Xmedius faxserver which is H.323 to
Callmanager 6.1 and outbound to 2821 MGCP Gateways. The problem only occurs when
the called party does not answer after 27 seconds. Another call to the same
destination is automatically issued immediately after the first call times
out. The second call fails for the same reason after 27 seconds with the
same Disconnect description. When the first and second call disconnect, the
q931 debug says "Resource Unavailable,Unspecified". After the second call
is disconnected I get a error code from Xmedius with the same disconnect
reason.</SPAN></FONT></DIV>

the same party from an IP phone through the same gateway and the call continues
to ring until the called party answers (at least up to a minute-I hung up
after that) Seems like an H323 signaling problem.</SPAN></FONT></DIV>
