<b>Subject:</b> [cisco-voip] Adding End Users to Groups -- Error<o:p></o:p></span></p>
</div>
<p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal>(Sorry if this is a duplicate posting...I am having all
sorts of trouble getting it posted today for some reason)<br>
<br>
Good afternoon,<br>
<br>
Using CUCM 6.1.2.1001-4<br>
<br>
When I attempt to add End Users to groups and save the user, I get the error
message:<br>
<br>
Update failed. java.sql.SQLException: Could not position within a table
(informix.enduser).<br>
<br>
(I am in the Standard CCM Superuser group and the cluster is AD synchronized, if
it makes any difference)<br>
<br>
It appears that I can add users to groups via the User Groups setup, but not
via the End User setup.<br>
<br>
Any idea how to get past this? Thanks!<br clear=all>
