<div> I am trying to upgrade from callmanager 6.0 to call manager 7.0. i successfully loaded the patch from the dvd provided by cisco. and after that when i try to login into the call manage it says database communication error. The only thing i can do i can login into the os administration. apart from that i cannot login into anything. i think the cisco db is not working so i have restarted twice the server. but still any. Any suggestions please.</div>
