Yeah ok, I think thats my problem. I'm pretty sure when they upgraded to 4.2.3 they never installed the latest directory plugin. Everything "appears" to be working in CM and the upgrade assistance looks "happy" but DMA is failing with directory errors. Can you recall if there's a reboot after the plugin is installed? Trying to fix this without having to wait for a maintenance window which is at 1am.... :-/<br>
