Hi experts,<br>

I enable extension mobility in our CUCM 7.0. For some reason, every time<br>
I press the service button, I get the next error:<br>

XML Error [4]: Parse Error<br>
<br>
I tried to loggin from different IP phones models, even I restart the<br>
TFTP and E.M service but the problem still.<br>
