I almost lost a deal to shoretel because the customer didn't want the 7911's due to the lack of speakerphone and didn't want to purchase 100 x 7942's due to cost. The 6921 gave them the option of a cheap phone with a speakerphone. Now if Cisco would only add support to UCM for the 500 series phones. :)</span></p>
