In my case the situation would be a hospital nursing station with various nurses using the same phones. <br>

<p>Kind of an off topic question, but does anyone know of a
good shoulder rests that works for the Cisco IP phones without covering up the
MWI light? The ones we are using now completely block the MWI light and some of
our users really don’t like this.. Any ideas would be appreciated.</p>
