the Attendant Console where calls are not clearing out of the Call Control
list. (I posted to the list about that too.) It was looking
into the AC problem where I learned that the new CM version would have
a new JTAPI version, and that JTAPI should be consistent on CM and UCCx. I
was hoping that might solve the AC problem. Turns out that I had run the
JTAPI resync days ago; I did it just to see if there were any oddities after the
CM upgrade. Thanks to you and Voice Noob, I now know that I had already
upgraded JTAPI on the UCCx server. And in any case, I'm still having the
AC problem. I have a TAC case open, but they're not moving very
fast.</FONT></SPAN></DIV>

<DIV>Is there a specific reason you need the JTAPI version? The document you
referenced is old and out of date and I don't believe it applies to the newer
versions of UCCX. If the JTAPI Resync showed the versions are consistent, then
you are in good shape.</DIV>
