TFTP sever is set by your option 150. Order could be important if there is a problem with one of the servers.<br>Possibility is that the images have only been uploaded to one TFTP server or something.<br>Also, you need to restart TFTP service after these changes, so maybe only 1 TFTP service was bounced.<br>
<br>I know there are also personalisation settings in 7 and above now.. havent look into them myself, but maybe they might come into play.. i.e. can you restrict people from being able to change their wallpaper etc.<br><br>

Thanks Kiran. I'll check the tftp servers config on the phones. We have a pub-sub setup so both tftp servers will be there but i didnt check what order. Would this make a difference? Will find out soon.<br><br>They are in different device pools but changing them to the same device pool didnt make a difference.<br>

I have uploaded a number of images to Call Manager 6.1.3 but
those images are only available on phones in our head office site. Our remote
offices do not see the images. Just wondering if anybody else has experienced
this and would this be a networking issue? Each remote office is in its own
separate voice vlan.<br>
