Premium and CCM 7.1(2) and have been searching high and low for <i>any</i>
documentation on the design and deployment of the Agent E-Mail feature of CCX.
I can find all kinds of docs alluding to other docs that I can’t
find. I have a brown belt in Google-Fu, and have found bits and pieces, but
I’m coming up with nothing as far as an official Cisco deployment guide.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

surmise how I need to design my CSQ and script and how the backend email store
