You are right. The failover test failed. I checked on the secondary
server until it went to IN_SERVICE status after more than 5 min but the
JTAPI trigger did not work as I called to the CTI-RP. Tried rebooting
both servers did not help. the IP address status at CallManager
Administration page 'CTI-RP' did not show the correct IP for failover
server. What did you do to make it work?
My license is HA since installation.
Just did this in the afternoon and no downtime however the CCX engine
service on the Master server became partial service. Funny though, the
application still works fine. The rest looks ok. Will monitor again
tomorrow on the master server.
This is a potential problem. I've done this and it was very tricky. But
I was doing it on a UCCX 5. After uploading the new licence which
allows clustering, it seemed like everything was just fine, until the
first node failed and second didn't take over the services. The problem
was that first node was looking at the bundle license. I've solved
this after many hours and deleting the first licence so there was only
one licence in place. After that I needed to reinstall all the client
applications. So... be careful, and let the force be with you :)))

P.S. Maybe version 7 doesn't have this issue
