usually that one fails because the job is configured to run in an a
ccm03xx database that no longer exists.<br>

check the job and see what database it is configured for. most likely
needs to be updated to run in the latest ccm database. <br>
<br>
i believe it usually broke due to BARS restore.<br>

<div>Open up SQL Enterprise Manager, go to the server it's
complaining about then Management->SQL Server Agent->Jobs.
Somewhere in there is a job that failed at some point. Fix that.
