So, if AT&T is telling you that they don't block the calling number, you should be good to go.<br><br>That being said, in Canada only LDNs have directory listings associated with them (hence the acronym: listed directory number), DIDs have no directory listing associated with them. So if you dial 911 with a DID as the calling number, the PSAP gets a blank screen. This is fixed by subscribing to the PSALI service which allows you to update the address associated with DIDs.<br><br>External calling masks are set on the phone, route pattern, route list (or group?), and gateway - in order of trumping. <p class="MsoNormal">We purchased a PRI (Cisco 2851 Gateway) from ATT, and while
testing I find out the PSAP only sees the BTN when I make a test 911 call.
I called the ATT trouble line and they told me they never block the calling
number and that it is configurable on each PBX.</p>
