Well, I'm 99% sure anyways. I have not seen any advantage to integrating Connection into CCM so far. If it had a deeper integration, like updating display names, and extensions, maybe. But as far as I know it doesn't. <br><br>Plus, if you ever have to update your CCM, who knows what havoc it will do on the integration. I know our AD will be around and stable for a while. integration with Unity Connection? We are replacing our legacy voicemail system
with CUC in the next few weeks. Our actual CUCM is not integrated with AD, so
it would be our first move towards it. <span lang="FR">What are the pros and cons?
</span>Eventually, we plan to integrate CUCM and CUCCX when we migrate to 7.x</p>

now or wait and integrate with AD once all our apps are at 7.x? </p>
