I can not backup CCX 7.0(1)SR4 although i had disabled the CSA from window services. Every time I tried to save the backup location, it failed with error Unknown username or password. I got no problem with UCM/CUP/UCX backups running on Linux. All the backup is targeted at same server with both FTP and SFTP enabled. Has anyone encountered this issue and willing to share?<br>
