i think you can use SNMP, look for the proper OIDs, configure either SNMP v2c or v3 and poll your device there are some free snmp pollers like mrtg or some cheap ones like solarwinds that will provide graphs and all of that. but you need to have the proper MIB and poll the proper OID<br>
