upgrading Call manager from 6.1(2) to 7.0(2a) in a lab environment prior to
carrying it out on our production environment.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:10pt">I
tried running the upgrade via the DVD and about 45 mins into the installation I
get “</span>Error encountered: An unknown error occurred while accessing
the upgrade file.”</p>

<p class="MsoNormal">So I thought it might be the DVD so I created an ISO of the DVD
on my laptop and ran the upgrade via FTP which results in the same error.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal"> </p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Am I missing something??</p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Not a lot of info I know, but I can attach the install log
if required?</p>
