Actually, I believe the micro traces to set would be under 'VMWS'. Then you can use RTMT to collect "Connection Tomcat Application" for VMWS specific info and "Cisco Tomcat" for (among other things) access logs, which should show what IP requested what URL at what time, etc. It would be interesting to see what (if anything) you see in the access logs for a failed attempt compared to a working one.<br>

definition of intermittent as I was for a description of the actual problem :-)
When you hit the button and it 'doesn't work', what happens? Absolutely
nothing? An error is displayed? The phone catches on fire? <br>

It does sound like it could be a problem with the service url button. Depending
on the symptoms, you might try enabling the Tomcat micro traces on Unity Connection
and collecting the logs to see if a request is even being sent to the server at
the time of the problem.<br>
