<p class=MsoNormal>While configuring the mail server settings for secure IMAP,
we get this error:<o:p></o:p></p>

settings. Check the IP/Host Name, Port, Username and Password and make sure
that the user account is not locked.”<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class=MsoNormal>Given that both Exchange 2003 and the account works fine
using the suggested test method by the CAD documentation (Outlook client
configured for IMAP), I think it’s a Cisco issue.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class=MsoNormal>Can anyone confirm if this is a known bug??<o:p></o:p></p>
