The system tests to ensure that you have removed the CD or DVD from the<br>

drive.<br>
Step 5 Insert a valid CD or DVD into the disk drive.<br>
The system tests to ensure that you have inserted the disk.<br>
Step 6 After the system verifies that you have inserted the disk, you<br>
get<br>
prompted to select the password you want to reset. Select "S" for the<br>
security password.<br>
Step 7 Follow instructions to complete the process.<br>

a FORGOTTEN security password on
CUCM 6.1.2 Publisher without starting from scratch? I’ve done quite a
bit
of configuration on it.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;">I was adding a Subscriber
when it failed - “first node
is not a first node etc, .“ I checked the security password and found I
can‘t change it. <o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><font face="Arial" size="2"><span
style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;">The person who set up the
Pub can’t remember what it
was and I tried several variations. All my attempts were unsuccessful. <o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;">The good thing is it’s
not a production system yet but
I really don’t want to type that info back in again. <o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

will that restore with the old (unknown)
security password.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
