The trouble is,<br>with CUCMBE, UC uses the CUCM user's PIN, but application users don't<br>have PINs, thus there is no way to log in to that user's mailbox over<br>the phone. This is CSCsl00706. The workaround to access existing<br>messages is using PCA or IMAP to access the mailbox.
