Hi All,<br><br>What is the difference between the the <b>CDR Management</b> and the <b>CDR Analysis and Reporting > System > Database > Configure Automatic Purge</b>? And why are these values different?<br><br>When I enter the <b>CDR Analysis and Reporting </b>section I get prompted with "Mail ID for 'user' is not available. CAR Reporting/Notifications/Alerts Email might not be able to be sent to this user properly? I have come across this problem before but have forgotten what the solution was?<br>
